1. Overview BioState ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. Our app is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data on any external servers. All data generated by the app (fasting history, notes, settings) is stored locally on your device. 2. Data Collection and Storage Local Storage: All fasting logs, mood ratings, and journal notes are stored in your device's internal memory (UserDefaults). No Accounts: You do not need to create an account to use BioState. We do not have access to your identity. No Tracking: We do not track your location or usage behavior for advertising purposes. 3. Apple Health (HealthKit) If you grant BioState access to Apple Health, the app will read/write weight data solely for the purpose of tracking your progress within the app. This data stays on your device and within the Apple Health ecosystem.
